Who runs this site

This personal Maui real estate website is operated by Todd Hudson, Team Lead & Lead Listing Specialist with The 808 Team at Keller Williams Maui Realty. We ask for personal information only when it is needed to respond to you. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to todd@the808team.com .

Information we collect

The contact form asks for your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, and message. You can choose not to submit the form and contact Todd by phone or email instead. If you do, your phone or email provider also handles that communication.

When you visit, the hosting infrastructure may process technical request details such as your IP address, browser information, and pages requested to deliver and protect the site. This site does not use those details for its own analytics or advertising profiles.

How information is used and shared

A contact message is saved in the site's private database so Todd can respond and recover it if notification delivery fails. Todd may use your details to reply and to troubleshoot delivery. The site is hosted on Replit; its infrastructure processes data needed to run the site. Once email delivery is configured, the message and your reply address will also be sent through Resend to notify Todd. Until then, accepted messages are stored with email delivery pending, not emailed. A confirmation page distinguishes pending delivery from a sent notification.

This site does not sell or rent contact messages, send them to ActiveCampaign or another CRM, or use them to enroll you in marketing texts or emails. Information may be disclosed if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the site or others. Fonts load from Google Fonts (Inter) and jsDelivr (Geist), so your browser may contact those services. External social and article links lead to other sites with their own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

Todd may retain a contact message and its delivery status to respond, keep a backup, and resolve delivery issues. Email todd@the808team.com to ask about your information or request its removal, subject to any applicable legal obligations.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not currently set analytics or marketing cookies or run advertising pixels. After a successful form submission, it uses temporary storage in your browser tab so the thank-you page can show whether notification delivery is pending or sent. Hosting infrastructure and sites you choose to visit from here may handle essential technical data under their own policies.

This policy may change if the site's practices change. The latest update date appears above. If analytics, CRM, or other new data uses are added, this page should be updated before they go live.
